On larger projects, you may require a full cost management service for ‘phased’ payment stages and valuations of work. Usually, a larger project will need monthly or periodical releases of payment for works completed by a contractor. At the end of each project there will be a time for assessing correct payment. Final accounts can be tricky for even the most experience contractor.
